The Paragon Partnership, as above, will writers, are no longer trading but the liquidators passed on much of their paperwork and stored Wills to us at www.WillCustodian.co.uk who (as well as services to the public and to the industry) provide a rescue service for clients documents in these circumstances, without taking on any liability for services provided by the the original firm.

We do not approve of advance payments for lifetime services except for storage with an Institution (such as the Society of Will Writers) and especially not for ongoing advice. Our service provides ongoing advice in conjunction with the introducing Will Writer: if the Will Writer retires, we merely arrange for another to provide tha advice. We collect a small annual subscription sufficient for us to pay our expenses in the forthcoming year, and that is it.
We have written to the last known addresses of those involved . Many letters have been returned as there was no database of up to date addresses, and addresses had to be manually obtained from Wills. We are starting to upload the names and address of those people whose Last Will and Testaments we hold, but have been unable o contact - check the list at www.WillCustodian.co.uk - they are not necessarily in order, so please use the search facility in your toolbar.
We understand that there are many other companies with similar trading names who are in no way affected.
Will Custodian warn members of the public to ensure they use only properly regulated Will Writers, such as those regulated by the Society of Will Writers, the Institute of Professional Will Writers and the Law Society. The Paragon Partnership were not regulated.
